Walking in the mountains.
Walking on a path.
In the forest.
My feet finding their way.
My body knowing what to do.
Walking in the woods.
My spirit/body/mind knows pain and grief.
My spirit/body/mind knows violence and cruelty.
My spirit/body/mind knows disconnection.
My spirit/body/mind knows healing.
Walking on the earth.
Hearing birds call to one another.
Finding stone hearts on frozen ground.
Sending a message of love to my heart.
I am comforted.
